You will be prompted to enter your delivery address to choose multiple options from Store delivery, pickup to DHL delivery and payment information to complete your purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. We also offer other convenient payment options like Klarna, Swish, Google pay, Apple pay which you will see at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, save your address for faster checkout in the future, and manage your details easily. Creating account can give you more discount offers like first purchase offers and more.

Q. Is there free delivery in Stockholm?

Yes! We offer FREE local delivery on all orders of 500 kr or more anywhere in Stockholm. For orders between 300 kr and 499 kr, there is a small, flat delivery fee of 30 kr.

Q. Do you deliver to the rest of Sweden?

Yes, we do! We are thrilled to deliver the taste of home to customers across all of Sweden . We use our trusted partner, DHL, for all national and international shipments.

Q. Do you deliver to other countries in Europe?

Yes, we do! We are thrilled to deliver the groceries (excluding Fresh and perishable food) to customers across all of Europe. We use our trusted partner, DHL, for all international shipments.

Q. How are shipping costs calculated for Sweden & Europe?

Shipping costs for all orders outside our local Stockholm delivery zone are calculated automatically and dynamically at checkout. The price is based on the total weight of your parcel and your specific delivery address. Simply enter your address to see the accurate shipping cost before you pay. There is no minimum order for deliveries within Sweden (outside Stockholm) or to the rest of Europe.

Q. Will I have to pay customs/import duties in Denmark, Germany, Finland, etc.?

No. Because we are shipping from Sweden (an EU member country) to other countries within the European Union, there are no additional customs or import duties for you to worry about. The price you see at checkout is the final price. (For non-EU countries like Norway, standard import rules apply as handled by DHL)

We operate a busy physical store in Bandhagen, and on rare occasions, an item may sell out before our online inventory updates. If this happens with your order, our team will contact you immediately. We will offer you the choice of a full refund for that item or a suitable replacement product.

We take freshness very seriously. Currently, our fresh produce and frozen goods are only available for our local Stockholm delivery service. This allows us to maintain a controlled cold chain from our store to your door, ensuring you receive these items in perfect condition.

We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable items like fresh produce and frozen goods are not eligible for return. For full details, please read our complete Refund and Return Policy.
