How to Use MDH Hyderabadi Biryani Masala

Marinate your choice of meat (chicken or mutton are traditional) or prepare vegetables with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, fresh mint and coriander, and a portion of the MDH Hyderabadi Biryani Masala.
Separately, parboil Basmati rice with whole spices.
If making “Pakki” biryani, cook the marinated meat/vegetables separately.
